I wanted to write a blog on my journey to a healthy living.
It's been over 4 months since I've had my daughter and for the last few months I've tried to go to the gym as much as I can but as some of you can understand and relate, it is very hard when you have a baby to stick to any sort of routine, weather it is to go to the gym, to eat, return phone calls or remember what day it is..... I could go on. Forgetfulness has been something I’ve mastered since becoming a mother.
Even with the help of my parents and sister, I’ve missed some days in the gym. So I decided to do my work out at home. Unfortunately that didn't work out either as I'm naturally skinny and in order for me to put on a little weight (this is something that I want to do) I have to do weights and be very regular with my eating and training.
To achieve what I have set out for myself I decided to take action and order some weights from Argos (I checked eBay and the best option for me was Argos). From tomorrow I will be writing my own program and aiming to train 5/6 days a week (this is very normal for me as I’ve always been a fit person and have trained most of my life)
I will be posting my transformation and keeping you all updated on my journey to becoming fitter, toned and a size bigger.
I’m a size 6/8, aiming to be a full 8 or even a 10
Currently I weight 8.5 stones (119 pounds)
I look forward to posting pictures and one day sharing my work out program with you.
